Ugh. A friend of mine was pretty crazy about this Korean singer named “Boa”, so he practically forced me to watch her music video.

Nothing short of the word “torture” explains how I felt. The movements were … let’s just say all wrong. They are not “cool” like rap music videos. They don’t seem to be telling any stories. And all that pendulum motion of “backdancers” and the lead singer across the screen … it gives me a headache.

There are some things about Korean culture that I have come to appreciate, but this is not one of them. I liked music videos of Weird Al much better.
